Some of the ways that we are able to reduce costs are: 1) Running larger production runs for larger orders 2) Forecasting customer needs ahead of time to better manage inventory 3) Lower costs for return customers. Since we are able to reduce our costs when large orders are placed consistently, we have designed the Loyal Customer Membership Program to pass these savings back to those customers that place large orders on a repeat basis. Silver Level Criteria
Customers that order at least $2,500 per year are eligible for the program. Customers that have previously ordered $2,500 in a one-year time frame with Direct Textile Store will automatically be eligible. New customers that can demonstrate the need and intention to order $2,500 per year in textile supplies and place their first order of at least $500 will be eligible. Since we are only able to produce and deliver the products at a lower cost with large orders, the sales volume threshold will need to be met each year for continued participation in the program. The Account Manager may ask for forecasts of product needs, when possible, to help reduce the costs of inventory management.
Direct Textile Store must be listed as an approved supplier for the customer location and the company’s overall organization if part of a chain or multiple locations and an approved supplier list exists.
