Where does the 12" firm hybrid mattress in a box ship from?

This mattress ships from Mississippi. Estimated transit times are listed on the Direct Textile Store product page so hotels and rentals can plan around delivery.

How long does the 12" mattress take to expand after unboxing?

It expands to full loft within hours of being removed from the box and unrolled. Allowing it to decompress fully before sleeping on it helps the 12-inch profile reach its intended firm support.

Who is the 12" firm hybrid mattress best for?

Its firm feel makes it best for back and stomach sleepers who want extra support. The 12-inch hybrid build with pocket springs and firm foam layers also suits hotels and rentals that need dependable, supportive bedding.

Is the 12" firm hybrid pocket-spring mattress CertiPUR-US certified?

Yes, this 12-inch mattress is CertiPUR-US certified. Direct Textile Store offers it for hotels, homes, and rental properties that want a supportive firm mattress delivered in a box.

How does the 12" mattress arrive if it ships in a box?

It arrives compressed and rolled inside a box for easier delivery and handling. Once unboxed, it expands to full 12-inch loft within hours, so plan to let it decompress before use.

What are pocket springs in the 12" hybrid mattress?

Pocket springs are individually wrapped coils that move independently. In this 12-inch hybrid, those individually wrapped pocket springs reduce motion transfer, so movement on one side is less likely to disturb a partner.

How firm is the 12" hybrid pocket-spring mattress?

It has a firm feel, built with firm foam layers over the pocket-spring core to keep the sleep surface supportive. That firmer feel is designed to suit back and stomach sleepers who want extra support.

What size is the 12" firm hybrid pocket-spring mattress in a box?

This mattress is offered in king size. It combines a 12-inch firm hybrid build with individually wrapped pocket springs, sold as a compressed mattress in a box.
