What color is the poncho bath blanket?

It comes in a natural, unbleached color. The fabric is left undyed, which is common for institutional bath blankets and pairs well with the cotton-blend construction. If you need finished woven-edge wholesale blankets in other colors, Direct Textile Store carries additional options.

Where does the poncho bath blanket ship from?

These poncho bath blankets ship from New York. Direct Textile Store lists them as ready to ship in 24 hours or less.

Can this poncho blanket be used as a recovery or thermal blanket?

Yes, it works as a bath, thermal, and recovery-room blanket in addition to a bathing cover. The 88% cotton/12% polyester fabric provides warmth while the head opening keeps the blanket draped securely over the patient during recovery care.

Is the poncho bath blanket good for hospitals and nursing homes?

Yes, it is ideal for hospitals and long-term care facilities. The head-hole poncho design gives residents full coverage and privacy during bed baths and transfers, and the 88% cotton blend holds up to commercial laundering. Direct Textile Store stocks these for healthcare and assisted-living buyers.

What pack sizes does the poncho bath blanket come in?

Direct Textile Store offers the poncho bath blanket in a case of 1, a case of 6, a pack of 12, and a case of 60 pieces, so you can order a single sample or stock up in bulk for a facility. All packs are the same 70 x 90 natural unbleached blanket.

What is the poncho bath blanket made of?

It is constructed of 88% cotton and 12% polyester in a natural, unbleached color. The cotton-rich blend keeps it soft and absorbent for bathing and thermal use while the polyester adds durability for repeated institutional laundering.

What size is the poncho bath blanket?

Each poncho bath blanket measures 70 x 90 inches, which fits a twin bed and drapes fully over an adult resident. Direct Textile Store lists it with a per-blanket weight of about 1.60 lbs.

What is the head hole on this poncho blanket for?

The head hole lets the blanket slip over a patient's head so it stays in place and provides full, hands-free coverage during a bed bath, transport, or recovery-room care. This is the design feature behind the popular "blanket with head hole" search, and it keeps residents warm and covered without a caregiver constantly repositioning loose blankets.

What is a poncho bath blanket?

A poncho bath blanket is a bath blanket with a convenient hole cut out for the head, so it can be draped over a resident like a poncho for full coverage during bathing, transfers, or recovery. Direct Textile Store's version is unbleached natural-color fabric and eliminates the need to drape multiple bath blankets over a single resident.
