What is the 12-bushel 412SOBC/BL laundry cart best used for?

The 12-bushel 412SOBC/BL suits higher-volume linen handling in hotels, hospitals, and commercial laundries that need capacity plus the smoother-rolling 5-inch Clean Wheel casters. Direct Textile Store carries this R&B Wire truck up to 20 bushels for the largest loads.

Is the 412SOBC/BL 12-bushel vinyl cart made in the USA?

Yes, the 412SOBC/BL is made in the USA by R&B Wire Products. Direct Textile Store is an authorized R&B Wire dealer supplying the genuine 12-bushel cart.

Does the 12-bushel 412SOBC/BL laundry cart have a wood base?

No. The 412SOBC/BL has a fully welded, powder-coated tubular steel base and frame with no wood. That all-steel design supports the 400 lb capacity without warping or rotting.

Will the 12-bushel 412SOBC/BL cart fit through a standard doorway?

Yes. At 29.5 inches wide, the 12-bushel 412SOBC/BL clears standard 30-inch and wider interior doorways. It is about the widest R&B Wire truck that still passes a typical single door without trouble.

How much does the empty 12-bushel 412SOBC/BL cart weigh?

The empty 412SOBC/BL 12-bushel cart weighs about 53 lbs. The step up in weight from the smaller models reflects its taller welded steel frame and larger 5-inch casters.

Is the vinyl liner on the 412SOBC/BL flame retardant?

Yes, the 412SOBC/BL 12-bushel cart uses a commercial-grade 18 oz vinyl liner that is flame retardant and resistant to mold, mildew, and tearing. It is fully sewn onto the powder-coated tubular steel frame.

What is the Clean Wheel System on the 412SOBC/BL 12-bushel cart?

The Clean Wheel System on the 412SOBC/BL uses a caster design that keeps string, thread, and lint from wrapping around the wheel hub. On a 12-bushel laundry cart that constantly moves fabric, that feature reduces wheel jams and maintenance. Direct Textile Store supplies it standard on the 412 and larger R&B Wire trucks.

What size casters come on the 12-bushel 412SOBC/BL cart?

The 12-bushel 412SOBC/BL upgrades to 5-inch Clean Wheel System casters on all swivels. The Clean Wheel System resists thread and lint wrapping around the axle, so the larger wheels keep rolling smoothly in a laundry environment.

How much weight can the 412SOBC/BL 12-bushel laundry cart hold?

The 412SOBC/BL 12-bushel cart has a 400 lb weight capacity. The heavier-gauge welded steel frame and 5-inch casters support that higher rating for busier laundry operations.

What are the dimensions of the 12-bushel Vinyl Laundry Cart, model 412SOBC/BL?

The 12-bushel 412SOBC/BL vinyl laundry cart measures 39.5 inches long by 29.5 inches wide by 36.5 inches high. This is the size at which the R&B Wire series steps up to taller sides and larger casters at Direct Textile Store.
