The rayon gives it a softer hand and a real drape rather than the flat finish of a pure polyester scrub, and the spandex gives stretch that recovers instead of bagging at the knee.
Relaxed fit, tapered leg, knit cuffs. A knit waistband with an adjustable drawstring and a faux fly, which keeps it reading as a proper pant rather than a tracksuit bottom.
