Length is what makes or breaks a flare. Too long and it drags; too short and the widest part of the leg lands at the calf and shortens the wearer. Neither is a hemming job, because taking up a flare narrows the opening and removes the flare itself.
Everything else is the regular pant: soft-stretch high waistband, cargo pockets on both legs, front angled pockets, a welt cargo pocket, a zipper pocket, and reflective trim on the front pockets.
