Are these chairs suitable for daily worship use?

Yes. They are commercial-grade with contoured, padded upholstery for comfort during longer services, plus the book rack and cup holder for convenience. The reinforced frame is built for the repeated stacking and setup that churches and multipurpose rooms require.

Will the chairs protect my sanctuary flooring?

Yes. Floor glides on each leg protect hardwood, tile, and laminate and help keep ganged rows straight. The glides let you slide chairs into place without scuffing the floor.

Does the book rack add much weight to the chair?

Only slightly. This chair weighs about 18 pounds compared with roughly 16 for the version without the rack, so it remains easy to stack and move. The reinforced metal frame carries the added hardware without feeling bulky.

What frame and fabric options come with this chair?

The reinforced metal frame is available in copper, gold, or silver vein finishes, paired with fabric colors including beige, caramel, blue, brown, brown dot, plum, royal purple, black patterned, dark gray, gray dot, and red. You can coordinate the fabric and frame to match your sanctuary.

How is this different from the plain 18.5-inch church chair?

This version adds an integrated book rack and cup holder on the seat back for storing hymnals and drinks, while keeping the same 18.5-inch upholstered seat, vein-finish frame, and stacking design. The plain model omits the rack and holder for a lower price and lighter weight.

Is the book rack version still stackable?

Yes. Even with the book rack and cup holder, the chairs still stack for compact storage and gang together to keep rows aligned. That lets you clear or reconfigure a fellowship hall quickly.

Does this church chair have a cup holder?

Yes. Along with the book rack, this model has a cup holder integrated into the seat back, giving each attendee a spot to set a drink during services or events. The standard 18.5-inch chair without these features is also available.

What does the book rack on this church chair hold?

The integrated book rack mounts on the seat back so the person seated behind can store a hymnal, bible, or program within easy reach. It keeps worship materials organized in the row instead of on the floor. Direct Textile Store offers this 18.5-inch chair with the book rack built in.
