1. Overview & acceptance
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Direct Textile Store affiliate program (the "Program"), operated on the Awin network (advertiser ID 125946). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (the "Publisher") agree to these Terms and to Awin's own network terms. Direct Textile Store ("DTS," "we," "us") may approve or decline any applicant at its discretion.
Direct Textile Store is a U.S. wholesale supplier of towels, bed linens, robes, and textiles for the home, hospitality, healthcare, salon & spa, and foodservice markets. The Program is designed for partners who create new demand for our products.
2. Approval & eligibility
We approve genuine content and referral partners — including blogs, editorial and media sites, influencers, communities/UGC, short-term-rental hosts, interior/DIY creators, and B2B/trade publishers — and we approve them promptly. Approval is required before you may promote DTS. We may decline or later remove any Publisher whose methods or content do not fit the Program (see Section 7).
3. Commissions
- Your commission rate is displayed in your Awin account.
- Commission is calculated on the net product subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, and any surcharges, unless stated otherwise.
4. Tracking, cookies & attribution
- Tracking is via Awin. A referred sale is attributed on a last-click basis within the cookie window.
- Cookie / attribution window: 30 days, last-click.
- Only sales properly tracked through your approved Awin links are eligible. DTS is not responsible for sales not tracked due to a customer's browser settings, ad/tracker blocking, or a Publisher's linking errors.
5. Validation, returns & payment
- Transactions are reviewed and validated through Awin. The validation window that applies to this Program is shown in your Awin account.
- Commission is payable only on validated orders that are paid in full and not returned, cancelled, or refunded.
- Commission is paid on orders placed through our standard online checkout with valid affiliate tracking. We may decline commission on returned, cancelled, duplicate, or fraudulent orders and any order that violates these Terms.
- Offline orders (phone, email, or purchase order), staff-placed or manually-adjusted orders, and reorders from established wholesale accounts that were not driven by an affiliate referral are not commissionable. Tax-exempt status by itself does not disqualify an order — a genuinely new tax-exempt B2B customer referred by a partner still earns commission.
- Publisher payments are processed by Awin under Awin's payment terms and thresholds; DTS pays commissions and network fees via Awin.
6. Promotional methods
6.1 Permitted
- Editorial content, reviews, guides, and recommendations with FTC-compliant affiliate disclosure.
- Social, video, newsletter, and community promotion from your approved properties.
- Our provided links, deep links, banners, and product feeds, used as supplied.
6.2 Prohibited (unless you have our prior written approval)
- Paid-search / PPC brand bidding on "Direct Textile Store," variations, misspellings, or our domain, and use of our brand in ad copy or display URLs; direct linking from paid ads to our site.
- Coupon, voucher, and deal promotion. If approved as a coupon/deal partner, you may promote only codes we issue — no fabricated, expired, leaked, or "click-to-reveal" codes we did not authorize.
- Cashback or loyalty incentives, except partners we have specifically approved for cashback or loyalty promotion, at the reduced commission rate assigned to them.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, auto-redirects, iframe/pixel stuffing, adware, browser toolbars/extensions, or any non-consensual cookie dropping.
- Sub-affiliate networks, traffic arbitrage/aggregation, or passing the Program to third parties without approval.
- Misuse of our trademarks, logos, or imagery beyond the creative we provide; representing yourself as DTS; typosquatting or domains confusingly similar to our brand.
- Misleading claims, fabricated reviews, false pricing, or false scarcity/urgency.
- Unsolicited email/SMS; all email promotion must comply with CAN-SPAM and be sent only from your approved domains.
- Promotion on sites containing illegal, adult, hateful, discriminatory, or infringing content.
- Self-referrals or purchasing through your own links for personal benefit.
7. Voucher / coupon code policy
Only discount codes officially issued by DTS may be promoted, and only by partners approved to do so. Publishing unauthorized, leaked, staff, or expired codes is grounds for declined commissions and removal. Our tracking captures the code used at checkout, and commission on code-attributed orders may be adjusted to avoid double-discounting.
8. Trademarks, content & product feeds
- We grant a limited, revocable license to use the DTS name and the creative/imagery we supply solely to promote the Program. All other use requires written permission.
- Product feeds are provided for promoting DTS products only; do not resell, redistribute, or repurpose feed data. Niche feeds are provided to partners tagged for that niche.
- Keep pricing, availability, and product claims accurate to the current feed/site; we are not liable for outdated information you display.
9. Compliance & disclosure
- You must comply with all applicable laws and the FTC endorsement guides, including clear and conspicuous affiliate/advertising disclosure.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your own content and traffic sources.
10. Transaction queries & disputes
Questions about tracked transactions should be raised through Awin within Awin's query window. We review queries in good faith; our records of order status and returns are final for commissioning.
11. Suspension & termination
Either party may end the partnership at any time through Awin. We may suspend, decline commissions, or remove a Publisher immediately for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or content/methods that harm the DTS brand. Commissions arising from prohibited activity are void.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through Awin. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance.
