The only sleeveless top in the Achieve line, and the shortest at a 22 inch centre back length. It is built to layer — over a long-sleeve tee in a cold ward, or on its own in a warm one — which is why the hem sits slightly cropped rather than at the hip.
A mock neck rather than a crew, raglan-style shaping through the shoulder for reach, and a single welt chest pocket. Nothing at the hip to bunch when it is tucked.
Achieve runs 80% polyester and 20% spandex — a fifth of the cloth is spandex, which is a lot for a scrub and is the whole point of the line. It stretches in every direction and recovers, so knees and seat hold their shape rather than bagging out over a run of shifts.
