The tapered leg cut for a shorter leg — 26 1/2 inch inseam against the regular's 29. Two and a half inches, and on a tapered pant that is the difference between the narrow part of the leg landing at the ankle and landing mid-calf, which no amount of hemming fixes.
Construction is identical to the regular. Five pockets with three of them zipped: two front angled, a zip cargo pocket and two zip back patch. Multi-needle stitched elastic encased waistband with a drawstring and antique copper tips. 9 1/2 inch leg opening.
Cherokee builds Form from 86% nylon and 14% spandex rather than the polyester most scrub lines use. Nylon takes abrasion far better than polyester — it is what outdoor kit is made of — so the cloth holds its surface through repeated commercial laundering instead of pilling at the seat and inner thigh where scrub pants normally go first.
