It is a different make from the regular 38 inch lab coat, not a stretched version of it. The fabric is an 80% polyester, 20% cotton blend, and the detailing is more involved: a five-button front closure, a bungee ID badge loop on the right lapel, a back yoke seam and centre back seam with a kick pleat for freedom of movement, and an elastic bungee locker loop at the centre back below the collar.
