The rayon gives it a softer hand and a real drape rather than the flat finish of a pure polyester scrub, and the spandex gives it stretch that recovers instead of bagging at the knee.
Pull-on styling on an elastic knit waistband with a front drawstring — it lies flat under a top rather than rolling, and there is no fly. Front angled pockets, a cargo pocket at the right, and two back patch pockets. The taper keeps the hem clear of the floor without closing to a jogger cuff, which is the reason to pick this over the flare or the jogger.
