Med Couture calls this Touch Performance Fabric — 76% polyester, 21% rayon and 3% spandex. The rayon is what gives it the soft, relaxed hand of cotton while the polyester and spandex do the work: it moves, it recovers, and it comes through commercial laundering without going limp.
