Introducing the most effective mat ever in stopping dirt in its tracks, the Classic Brush™ Mat - Heavy Duty. The Classic BrushTM mat works by combining traditional solution dyed carpet yarns with very abrasive solution dyed yarns. The resulting mat is much more abrasive than traditional mats and therefore more effective in removing soil from the soles of shoes.Classic Brush™ mats feature extra-course nylon fibers blended with traditional nylon carpet fibers. This duo of fibers is designed to create excellent scraping and wiping action for maximum soil-stopping power.
- Superior Dirt-Stopping Power - Course nylon fibers scrape and wipe dust and dirt from shoes
- Resilient - High-twist, heat-set nylon resists crushing to better trap dirt and extend the useful life of the mat
- Fade Resistant - Solution-dyed nylon won't fade in sunlight or with repeated washing; impervious to bleach
- Safe - Certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI)
- Commercially launderable
- Available in 6 color options on durable nitrile rubber with multiple backing options (smooth, cleated, or suction) to ensure the mat stays in place on your floor
- Recommended for indoor use at entryways where more aggressive scraping/wiping action is desired to remove dirt, sand, and moisture from shoes to prevent tracking. Please note, the Classic Brush mat in "sand trap" is the perfect color to disguise sand, making it the color of choice for building located in sandy environments.

CLEANING
Classic Brush mats can be cleaned in several different ways.
Commercially laundered (see Laundering Instructions)
- Vacuumed regularly: daily in high-traffic areas, weekly in lower-traffic applications
- Cleaned with an extractor and laid flat to dry.
- Mats should always be dry before they are placed back in service and cooled before rolling.
Classic Brush mats that are backed with nitrile rubber can be commercially laundered. Proper laundering will prolong the life of the mat by preventing the buildup of soil and soap residue.
For heavy soil, increase temperature to max 140 degrees F (60 degrees C). Break should not exceed pH of 9.5; use low pH non-ionic detergents.
- Flush 2-3 minutes, medium water level, 120 degrees F (49 degrees C)
- Flush (optional) 2-3 minutes, medium water level, 120 degrees F (49 degrees C)
- Break 2-3 minutes, high water level, 120 degrees F (49 degrees C)
- Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold
- Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold
- Extract (low speed) 1-2 minutes
- Shake out (rotate wheel at wash speed with drain open) 1 minute
- Extract (low speed) 3-5 minutes
- Dry 5-10 minutes, 180 degrees F (82 degrees C) basket temp.
- Cool down 5 minutes
- Lay mats flat following removal from washer or dryer. Allow to cool before rolling.
Do not over-dry mats; basket temperature of dryer should not exceed 180 degrees F (82 degrees C). If mats are not dried, final rinse can be increased to 140 degrees F (60 degrees C). This will reduce moisture retention following extraction.
